These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CrewFlo (the “Service”), operated by
Mittan Technology LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
CrewFlo is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps organizations manage tools,
equipment, tasks, and operational data.
The Service is accessible through our website and supported applications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization
to these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments (Apple-Safe Language)
CrewFlo operates on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions are purchased outside of the iOS application, through our website or authorized third-party
payment processors.
No digital goods or services are sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Prices and billing terms are disclosed prior to purchase.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access or suspension.
5. No In-App Purchases
CrewFlo does not offer in-app purchases within the iOS application.
The iOS application functions solely as a client for accessing services purchased externally.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service
Disrupt platform security or availability
7. User Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide and
improve the Service.
8. Data Processing & Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase, to operate the Service.
Supabase is used for:
Authentication
Secure data storage
Database services
Backend infrastructure
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your data may be processed and stored by Supabase on our behalf
Supabase acts as a data processor
Mittan Technology LLC remains the data controller
We do not sell user data.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, logos, designs, trademarks, and visual elements of the Service are the exclusive property of
Mittan Technology LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
10. Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may cancel your subscription according to your billing terms.
Upon termination, access to the Service may be revoked.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mittan Technology LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mittan Technology LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service
or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Data Deletion & Account Removal
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account at any time by:
Using available in-app deletion options (if provided), or
Contacting support@crewflo.com
We may require identity verification before processing deletion requests.
Data Deletion
Upon a verified request:
Personal data associated with the user account will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable
timeframe
Organizational or transactional data may be retained where legally required (e.g., billing, accounting,
compliance, fraud prevention)
Backup Retention
Certain data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period but will not be actively processed and will be
permanently removed according to backup retention policies.
Third-Party Processors
Deletion requests are applied to data stored with third-party processors, including Supabase, in accordance with
their deletion procedures.
Effect of Deletion
Once deletion is complete:
Access to the Service is permanently revoked
Deleted data cannot be recovered
